Booking sites
Through the built-in channel manager: prices and availability sent to every site you connect, and their bookings arriving in ODA on their own, with the same nights closed everywhere else. We switch it on with you during setup. Calendar links (iCal) for any site that needs them.
Payments
Deposits or full payment at booking, and refunds by your cancellation policy, through your own Stripe account, where Stripe is available. Card fees are Stripe's; ODA never holds your money. Otherwise, guests pay at the property.
Door locks
A code per stay, made before arrival, moved with the dates and removed at checkout. Nuki directly, or 100+ brands — igloohome, Yale, TTLock, Schlage — through Seam.
Pricing
Smart pricing is built in: a suggested price for every night, with the reasons (your bookings, the holidays here, Ramadan and Eid, and the holidays where your guests come from), and an autopilot within your limits.
Accounting
Each month's stays, charges and payments as a file for your accountant, ready for Excel or any accounting software.
Website & analytics
Your own website and booking widget come with ODA. Add your Google Analytics tag to see who visits.

For developers, ODA sends new bookings, changes, check-ins and messages to any address you give it, signed and retried. For everything else, tell us what you use: we add connections in the order hosts ask for them.
